Job summary

Orbia seeks a Global Senior Project Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, partner with leaders, and drive projects from ideation to realization while managing vendors and change adoption.

You’ll guide complex conversations, align stakeholders, and deliver value across a global organization with a focus on operational improvement and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional project management experience.
• Advanced PM fundamentals and ownership of projects from ideation to benefits realization.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote, global environment with ET-aligned meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on technical cross-functional projects through the lifecycle.
• Communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Partner with leaders on annual strategic planning, forecasts, and benefits validation.
• Bridge strategic priorities with customer needs into sponsored scope and deliverables.
• Guide diverse teams through ambiguous problems into structured work and solutions.
• Coordinate project implementation, change adoption, and handoff to business owners.
• Tailor digital tools and AI to reduce administrative effort.
• Contribute to shared standards and reusable practices.
• Coach project owners to strengthen accountability and execution.
• Partner with leadership, technical and data teams, and external vendors
