Job summary

Orbia is seeking a Global Senior Project Manager to bring structure to complexity and lead PMO standards across a global organization. This hands-on role supports operational improvement initiatives, coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and vendor partners to drive benefits realization.

You will guide conversations into action, manage multiple projects, and align stakeholders around what matters most. Travel is required 4–6 weeks annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, consulting, or similar environment.
• Advanced project management fundamentals and ability to own projects from ideation through benefits realization.
• Experience collaborating in a remote, global environment with meetings aligned to ET.
• Experience defining success measures, applying risk management, KPI definition, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on technical cross-functional projects through the lifecycle.
• Communicate complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Partner with leaders on annual strategic planning, forecasts, and benefits validation.
• Bridge strategic priorities and customer needs into sponsored scope, outcomes, deliverables, and commitments.
• Guide diverse teams through ambiguous problems, translating discussions into structured work and sustainable solutions.
