Job description

Dura-Line is hiring a Global Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote, United States

Travel: Primarily North America, approx. 4-6 weeks annually

Build alignment. Drive decisions. Turn complex projects into results.

We’re looking for a Global Senior Project Manager who can bring structure to complexity, lead and coach diverse stakeholder groups in PMO standards, and keep high‑impact projects moving forward.

This is a hands‑on project management role supporting primarily operational improvement and transformation initiatives across a global organization. You’ll work across functions and alongside technical teams, and third‑party vendors to manage multiple projects from ideation to benefits realization.

Success in this role goes beyond maintaining a project plan. We’re looking for someone who knows how to guide complex conversations into action by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, aligning stakeholders around what matters most, and driving decisions toward value creation.

About Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura‑Line:

Join Dura‑Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, where we create solutions that connect people and information across the globe. As a leading global manufacturer of conduit products and accessories, Dura‑Line creates the pathways that power connectivity across a wide range of markets worldwide.

Quality, safety, and sustainability are at the core of everything we do, with environmentally responsible practices embedded throughout our manufacturing processes. Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and report on technical cross‑functional projects through project lifecycle
  • Communicate complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge and organizational experience.
  • Partner with functional leaders on annual strategic planning, forecasts, and benefits validation
  • Bridge strategic priorities and customer needs into sponsored scope, outcomes, deliverables, and commitments without formal authority.
  • Guide diverse teams through ambiguous problem statements, translating discussion into structured work and sustainable solutions
  • Coordinate project implementation, change adoption, and transfer to accountable business owners.
  • Tailor approved digital tools, automation, and AI to simplify workflows and reduce administrative effort.
  • Contribute to shared standards and tools, and turn lessons learned into reusable practices.
  • Coach project owners and teams to strengthen accountability and independent execution.
  • Partner effectively with business leadership, technical and data teams, and external delivery partners
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or another relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of professional project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, consulting, or another relevant environment.
  • Advanced project management fundamentals and experience independently owning projects from ideation through benefits realization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, global environment with meetings primarily aligned to Eastern Time.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience defining project success measures and applying risk management, KPI definition, and benefits‑realization practices.
  • Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfort working with IT, technical stakeholders, and/or third‑party vendors without needing to be the technical subject‑matter expert.
  • Strong written and verbal facilitation and reporting skills, including attention to detail, follow‑through, and consistency.
  • Ability to adapt communication plans for executives, technical experts, business partners, and operational/frontline audiences.
  • Strong Microsoft 365/Office skills, including Teams, CoPilot, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel periodically, primarily within North America.
Preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial project experience.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar PMIS
  • Confident presenting, facilitating workshops, or training others.
What Will Make You Successful

You are someone who can walk into a complicated project meeting and quickly understand what needs to happen next.

You’re approachable but direct, highly organized without being rigid, and comfortable challenging a conversation when the team is stuck.

You communicate accurately, follow through on commitments, and know how to balance structure with agility when priorities change.

Most importantly, you don’t need formal authority to lead. You build credibility, ask intentional questions, create clarity, and help people move from discussion to action.

Why This Role?

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high‑impact projects with broad exposure across functions, technical teams, vendors, and business leaders.

You’ll gain global experience while helping solve real operational challenges and contributing to how project management capabilities continue to mature across the organization.

The team values continued project‑management development and certification. Relevant certification development can be discussed after hire, although certification is not required when joining.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $105,000-$125,000 annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

The compensation package may also include short and long‑term incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, paid company holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, parental leave, short‑and long‑term disability leave, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. At Orbia, we are committed to taking care of our employees and believe in providing comprehensive support so you can thrive at work and home.
