Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, project management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consulting.
• Advanced project management fundamentals with independent ownership from ideation to benefits realization.
• Remote, global collaboration with meetings mostly in Eastern Time.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Define project success measures with risk management, KPI definition and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on technical cross-functional projects through project lifecycle.
• Communicate complex information clearly to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Partner with functional leaders on annual strategic planning, forecasts, and benefits validation.
• Bridge strategic priorities and customer needs into sponsored scope, outcomes, deliverables, and commitments.
• Guide diverse teams through ambiguous problems and translate discussions into structured work.
