Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global, fully remote initiatives. You will coordinate cross-time-zone teams and vendors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of international project leadership, with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification considered highly desirable. Proficiency in Slack, Teams, Zoom, Asana, Monday.com, and MS Project Online is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with international/global projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom) and PM software (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project Online).

Responsabilités

• Spearhead planning, execution, and completion of multiple international projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, and specify global resource requirements.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability in a remote setting.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues impacting global project success.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication across regions.
• Establish and maintain project documentation standards for distributed teams.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
• Manage relationships with international vendors and partners, ensuring contract adherence.
• Champion best practices in remote project management and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure project outcomes align with organization-wide strategic goals.
