Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Programs 3 to lead program management workstreams and develop processes, tools, and templates supporting enterprise transformation. The role reports to the Corporate Global Operations Program Management Excellence Director and may require ~10% travel.

The work is hybrid and based near a major NG site. The incumbent will drive the PM framework, risk and earned value management, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience in DoD/government contracts or project management in other industries.
• 5+ years of program execution experience, including development and production programs.
• Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management initiatives supporting the strategic roadmap and deploy enterprise standard tools.
• Develop training content, guidance documents, and standard processes.
• Oversee milestones, master plans, and schedules; identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Foster long-term stakeholder relationships and enterprise-wide collaboration.
