  • Leadership tracking and reporting: Establish weekly program reviews and monthly portfolio reporting covering milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and decisions required. Deliver concise, accurate dashboards and executive narratives.
  • Audit domain alignment: Incorporate Audit methodology requirements, quality expectations, traceability, and evidence retention into program governance in partnership with customer domain and control owners.

  • Track record of personally leading complex programs and recovering initiatives facing delivery, financial, or stakeholder challenges.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical judgment, executive communication, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
