Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Finance Operations Controller to lead high-volume, multi-currency finance across multiple entities. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Director of Finance and aims to stabilize, systematize and automate finance processes.

You will own cash flow, treasury, and a transition of the payment infrastructure, building repeatable systems and SOPs to support rapid growth. Remote-first, senior-level, with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance operations or treasury roles, not advisory.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-currency environments.
• Systems-first approach with repeatable processes and automation.
• Experience leading finance ops teams or external partners.
• Hands-on experience managing USD, GBP, AED cash flows.
• Experience implementing SOPs and supervising external bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop and card platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash cycle across multiple entities.
• Oversee high-volume USD revenue flows into UAE accounts.
• Ensure funding of GBP/AED corporate cards for ad spend.
• Build a live cash visibility system for leadership.
