• 12–15+ years in Paid Media and Digital Growth Marketing with 8+ years of people management.
• Deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS and complex buyer journeys.
• Ability to translate data into clear executive recommendations.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar media budgets and driving pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the multi-year global paid media strategy across key channels.
• Lead and scale a global organization of media leaders and regional teams.
• Establish an operating model for channel performance evaluation and investment decisions.
• Partner with CMO, CRO, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales to link media to revenue and CAC/LTV.
• Champion AI methodologies to advance demand generation and creative workflows.
• Direct a multi-million-dollar media portfolio with governance and ROI optimization.
