This role collaborates with Business and Analytics teams to manage large and small data projects and to coach team members to deepen business knowledge.

The role emphasizes turning data into actionable insights and influencing decisions across the enterprise, with a focus on franchisee profitability and global growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in business intelligence and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish, coordinating with requestors to ensure the analysis answers questions and meets timing.
• Analysis and communication/presentation of actionable results.
• Interact with key partners such as business team and IT partners.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
• Acts as strategic consultant to help interpret data for informed decisions.
