Responsabilités

• Lead the global Customer Success legal team, overseeing intake, triage, escalation, and coordination with cross‑functional partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, amendments, order forms, and related customer agreements.
• Advise on privacy, data protection, security incidents, and regulatory compliance for global operations.
• Manage outside counsel on litigation, enforcement actions, and cost/benefit analyses of legal strategies.
• Develop KPI dashboards and tooling to track matter volume, turnaround times, and legal efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, and executive leadership to align legal support with business goals.
