Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Senior Accountant in Memphis, TN to oversee core accounting functions across multiple entities. You will manage reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounting experience, familiarity with ERP systems and foreign currency, and strong analytical skills. You will support process improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as part of a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years accounting experience in multi-entity settings.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP reporting.
• Experience with foreign currency/conversions and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close with accuracy and documentation.
• Prepare internal financial reporting packages and supporting schedules.
• Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Assist external auditors with statutory/global audits and provide schedules.
