Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-4+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own key account reconciliations and monthly journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reporting packages.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Partner with leadership on technical accounting matters and process improvements.
• Take a lead role in external audit support and auditor requests.
• Build and maintain complex accounting schedules and analyses.
• Assist with financial reporting, accounting research, and special projects.
• Leverage technology and automation tools to improve accounting processes.
