The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and strong system fluency in SAP and Oracle HCM. This position offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll accounting or related roles.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant, public company environment.
• Ability to design and implement accounting processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accounting authority for payroll and benefits.
• Design and implement payroll and benefits accounting processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Partner with HR and finance for operational alignment.

Skills

Knowledge of US GAAP related to employee compensation and benefits

ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Oracle HCM

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
