Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects across global sites, including new office builds, tenant improvements, and data centers. This embedded role on the Security Technology team partners with Real Estate, Workplace, and InfoSec to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with security standards.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring onsite presence two to three days per week at Robinhood's

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, trades, or vendors.
• Familiarity with enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion platforms.
• Ability to read CAD/PDF drawings and security elevations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across global sites.
• Oversee system integration of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and visitor management.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV, and InfoSec teams.
• Direct testing, commissioning, and documentation; maintain project archives.
• Track budgets and change requests; report status to security leadership.
