Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to join the Security Technology team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects across global sites, including new office builds and third-party sites.

The role requires coordination with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV, and Information Security, with on-site presence in Menlo Park two to three days per week and flexible remote work the remaining days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion platforms.
• Ability to read CAD/PDF drawings and security elevations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Certification in CSPM or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of physical security projects from scope to testing.
• Oversee system deployment including access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercoms, visitor management.
• Manage vendors and field teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Represent security in OAC meetings and coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace, IT, and others.
• Document handovers, maintain floorplans and diagrams.
• Track budgets and change orders, report status to leadership.
