Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of integrated physical security projects across global sites. The role covers new office builds, tenant improvements, third-party sites, co-located data centers, and MACs, with hybrid onsite/remote work for New York office.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and vendors while coordinating with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV and Information Security teams to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, construction trades, or vendor teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across global sites.
• Oversee deployment of access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercoms, and visitor management systems.
• Supervise security integrators and trades ensuring quality and compliance.
• Represent security in OAC meetings and coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV and InfoSec teams.
• Direct QA, testing, sign-offs and handover; maintain project archives.
