Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated physical security projects across global sites. The role focuses on new office builds, tenant improvements, third-party sites, co-located data centers, and MACs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external trades.

This full-time, hybrid position requires on-site presence in Menlo Park two to three days per week, with remote options otherwise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating field technicians and vendor teams.
• Ability to read CAD/PDF drawings and security layouts.
• Proven vendor management and project budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects.
• Oversee system integration of access control, CCTV, intrusion.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance.
• Coordinate OAC meetings and cross-functional teams.
• Document testing, commissioning, and project archives.
• Track budgets and change orders.
