Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects across global sites, including office builds, tenant improvements, data centers, and MACs.

This hybrid, full-time role requires onsite presence in New York two to three days weekly with flexible remote days; familiarity with access control, CCTV, intrusion, and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning, coordinating field technicians and vendor teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion platforms (Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, CCure, S2, Milestone).
• Reading and marking CAD/PDF drawings, security elevation layouts, and schematic drawings.
• Up to 25% travel domestically and internationally; off-hours support as schedules dictate.
• Preferred certifications: SIA CSPM or PMI PMP.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: lead all phases from scope definition to testing and commissioning.
• System Integration Oversight: manage deployment of access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercoms, and visitor management.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: supervise integrators and trades for quality and compliance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead OAC meetings and align Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV, and InfoSec teams.
• Testing, Commissioning & Documentation: direct QA, testing, sign-offs, and handover with complete archives.
• Financial & Risk Tracking: monitor budgets, change management, and reporting.
