Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in program management or integration roles with process improvement experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional integrations, preferably in security or enterprise systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts from order to cash across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline members to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Develop and deliver status reports to senior leaders on a regular basis.
• Create and execute project communication plans and change requests.
• Develop user manuals and training materials for client turnover.
• Identify new opportunities with clients and manage vendor partnerships.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project budgets.
