The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. Expect collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, with a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security or tech integration.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with clients.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project performance and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status reports and manage project documentation.
• Control budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
