Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead security and integration projects across enterprise, healthcare, education, and data centers. You will plan, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and serve as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

This role emphasizes risk management, compliance with OSHA/ADA, and cross-functional leadership. A background in security systems or technology integration and proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Budget management and cost control expertise.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Respond promptly to issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
• Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs and final documentation.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
