Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with TransUnion, is seeking a Sr. Director of Global Security to lead enterprise-wide programs and oversee a high-performing security team.

This hybrid role requires oversight of physical security, GSOC operations, and major vendor management across regions. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in corporate security, executive-level communication skills, and experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and international risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive corporate security experience including senior leadership in global programs.
• Expertise across crisis management, executive protection, investigations, guard force management, physical and event security.
• Ability to advise senior executives, operate autonomously under pressure and build partnerships across regions.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and managing budgets, vendors and procurements.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of enterprise-wide security programs including travel risk, emergency preparedness, physical security and crisis management.
• Build and enhance the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) with procedures, standards and metrics.
• Oversee physical security tech and life-safety systems (access, CCTV, visitor management).
• Develop and maintain global security policies aligned with ISO 27001 and regulations.
• Direct security incident and emergency response with timely reporting to leadership.
• Manage guard force and third-party partners; oversee contracts over $1M.
