Jhpiego seeks a Director of Global Security to lead global security strategy, policies and incident response. The role requires extensive field security experience, senior-level collaboration, and a focus on risk reduction across diverse geographic regions.

The DGS will govern travel security, training, and vendor management while coordinating with leadership to ensure continuity of operations and staff safety worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in risk management or related field with 15 years of security management experience.
• On-the-ground security management experience in Africa, Asia or the Middle East.
• Experience implementing security protocols in conflict areas and crisis management.
• Experience in senior roles within U.S. Government-funded projects.
• Strong leadership, cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee global security policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide guidance on physical security, risk analysis and operations.
• Interface with Jhpiego stakeholders for safety functions.
• Lead security risk investigations and report findings.
• Manage vendor relationships for safety services and products.
• Oversee travel security planning for leadership and staff.
• Mentor SSFPs and develop training aligned with leadership vision.
• Coordinate crisis and incident response planning and execution.
