Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree, or 2 years GSOC experience required.
• Experience in a security operations center, emergency dispatch, or real-time monitoring environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Triage all service and support requests.
• Monitor client locations and assets for events and incidents.
• Proactively monitor for external threats and events.
• Draft timely stakeholder notifications during incidents.
• Maintain logs of events, actions, and outcomes.
• Act as central point of contact during security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated responses.
