Job summary

Meta seeks a leader to join Global Security - Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) to advance physical security infrastructure within Meta's built environment. The role will guide scalable design solutions and work with GWS and Global Security to ensure security standards are integrated into processes that support Meta's workspace strategy.

You will own end-to-end design and delivery documentation, manage vendor contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP, Architectural, Structural, Civil), or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of work experience in large scale corporate/technology/industrial design, construction, operations, and maintenance or similar in commercial office space.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction discipline, including project design and delivery methodologies.
• Experience preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports for multiple projects.
• Experience with physical security principles and related practices.
• Experience prioritizing requests, managing projects, and coordinating large teams to meet delivery dates.
• Experience communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security infrastructure and technology projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee vendor contracts, scope of works, and master service agreements for design & construction.
• Develop and implement design standards, products, and services to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across GWS and Global Security to integrate security standards into workflows.
• Guide design development, verification, and documentation to reflect evolving standards and requirements.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with vendors and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Assess security and business risk early in projects to influence design strategy.
