Job summary

Pref-Tech is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to oversee multiple complex security integration projects. You will lead project execution, resource planning, and customer satisfaction across teams, ensuring financial and operational performance.

The role requires extensive project management experience, leadership, and deep knowledge of safety standards. You will mentor PMs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years project management experience with at least 5 years in construction or specialty trades.
• 3+ years managing project management teams with budget and KPI oversight.
• Proficiency with Office 365 suite and related tools.
• Security license per Texas DPS or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of security integration projects across portfolios.
• Lead Project Managers, ensuring margins, utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Drive risk management, forecasting accuracy, and capacity planning with Finance involvement.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders; resolve escalations.
• Standardize PM processes, documentation, and field execution; coach teams.
