Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Program Manager to act as the senior operational lead and primary customer contact for deployed accounts. You will oversee end-to-end deployment operations across a cross-functional team, from order intake through delivery and business review.

The role requires 5–10 years leading complex customer deployments in technology services, strong executive presence, and demonstrated ability to influence across Sales, planning, engineering, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading complex customer deployments.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned customer accounts.
• Own integrated operational plans for active orders and deployments across planning and delivery teams.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of production, logistics, shipping, and onsite delivery activities.
• Analyze and communicate operational performance and drive improvement actions.
• Lead cross-functional forums to translate discussions into decisions and measurable progress.
