Forcepoint seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive DSPM and AI Security product strategy and execution. You will collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful cybersecurity solutions.

You will lead detailed PRDs and user stories, translate customer needs into actionable workflows, and influence go-to-market messaging while working with a high-performance team of PMs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B/enterprise software with ownership of product areas.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of owning a product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption.
• Hands-on domain expertise in DSPM, data security, CSPM/CASB with data or identity focus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Forcepoint’s DSPM and AI Security working in a high-performance team of PMs.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to inform positioning and feature prioritization.
• Translate customer needs into well-defined workflows leading to measurable security outcomes for customers.
• Drive data-driven prioritization using product telemetry and customer usage analytics.
• Engage deeply with engineering on data discovery, classification engines, policy models, APIs, and remediation workflows.
• Author detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive, modern DSPM interfaces.
• Synthesize feedback from field teams into structured problem statements and prioritized requirements.
• Support go-to-market with competitive positioning and roadmap communications.
