Job summary

FireMon is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead global projects and serve as the primary customer contact. You’ll own professional services delivery, manage the customer journey, and ensure value delivery on schedule.

The role requires extensive PM experience, PMP certification, and a strong ability to coordinate across product, sales, support, and engineering teams to drive time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience delivering projects to senior executives for Fortune 500 customers.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers ensuring timely implementations.
• Plan, document and execute all phases of the project life-cycle, leveraging expertise in scope, requirements, timeline, risk and communications management.
• Build relationships at all levels of the customer to understand needs and drive time to value.
• Promote change, continuous process improvement, and best practice adoption within business and technical teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate LOEs and SOWs with customers and future prospects.
• Provide consistent updates to project stakeholders including cost analysis, issue tracking, and communications with business lines and technology management.
