Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, SDR Onboarding to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our global SDR onboarding program.

You will design and scale onboarding experiences that equip customer-facing teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to ramp up quickly and drive revenue impact. You will work closely with SDR leadership and the broader Enablement team to deliver a world-class onboarding experience that accelerates time to productivity and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enablement, PM, or Sales Development.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Has built or deployed AI-enabled enablement tools.
• Proven success designing onboarding programs that drive results.
• Exceptional program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SDR leadership to align onboarding with GTM goals.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions virtually and in person.
• Coach SMEs and guest speakers for high-quality delivery.
• Manage multiple onboarding cohorts and milestones.
• Own the full lifecycle of SDR onboarding from design to scale.
• Develop schedules, learning paths, and certifications.
• Track KPIs and optimize ramp outcomes.
• Oversee the SDR to CRO internal mobility program.
