Rippling is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, SDR Onboarding to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our global SDR onboarding program.

You will design and scale onboarding experiences that ramp revenue teams quickly and drive measurable impact across the organization. In this role you’ll manage the SDR to CRO internal mobility program, collaborate with SDR leadership and the Enablement team, and build scalable training content, schedules, and certifications that stay current

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, and/or Sales Development.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of SDR onboarding programs, from initial design to global scale and iteration.
• Develop onboarding schedules, learning paths, certifications, and success criteria.
• Ensure programs stay current with product updates and evolving role requirements.
• Manage the SDR to CRO internal mobility program, tracking progress and coordinating training.
