Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers and teams.
• Global marketing experience with execution across regions.
• Ability to influence and align partner marketing leadership on objectives and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Experience shaping value proposition and messaging framework.
• Proven ROI measurement of marketing investments across engines.
• Deep understanding of the partner channel user journey and funnel.
• Excellent organization and project management across multiple complex programs.
• Experience managing distributed teams across timezones.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and operating model for the scale partner marketing organization.
• Lead partner communications and value propositions across channels with editorial governance.
• Lead strategy for flagship events and partner advisory board programs.
• Build a global online and regional events engine with an enterprising calendar.
• Develop partner content aligned to campaign roadmap and ROI objectives.
• Design and manage MDF programs and incentives to drive growth across segments.
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of partner marketers and cross-functional partners.
• Establish rigorous measurement to identify levers that drive acquisition, activation and revenue.
