Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Director of Global Supply Chain Planning & Controls at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. You will own demand, supply, and material planning, lead the S&OP process, and coordinate across Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing to turn demand into a scalable build plan.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain with 5+ years in leadership, strong ERP/MRP and S&OP expertise, and a track record of building planning orgs in fast-scaling environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related discipline. APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in supply chain planning, production planning, or manufacturing operations; 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience owning planning end-to-end, including new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
• Deep fluency in MRP/ERP systems, S&OP processes, and discrete manufacturing planning.
• Track record building planning orgs and systems in fast-scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Form's Global Supply Chain Planning & Controls org across demand, supply, and material planning.
• Own and evolve Sales & Operations Planning to translate demand into build, headcount, and deployment plans.
• Own end-to-end demand planning and align stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Own supply and material planning strategy, including inventory, ERP parameters, master data, and supplier ramp coordination.
• Own material coordination and production control at FF1 for NPI and scaled production.
• Build and develop a planning and controls team with data-driven decision-making standards.
• Deliver capacity/constraint analysis and what-if planning for ramp pacing and resource allocation.
