Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Principal Strategic Capacity Planner to define and manage long-range production planning from 6 months to 5 years at its Weirton facility. You will bridge top-down strategies with floor execution, model scenarios, and own the build planning software.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic capacity planning within manufacturing, with a focus on AI-driven enhancements and cross-functional collaboration across Programs, Design, and Production Planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic capacity planning, master scheduling, or SIOP in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience integrating AI or advanced ML models into planning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and own the company-level strategic build plan spanning 6-month to 5-year horizon.
• Run complex scenario analyses and translate scenarios into detailed operational plans, including staffing and resources.
• Own the internal build planning software and drive AI enhancements to forecasting and scenario modeling.
