Job summary

Form Energy, based in Weirton, WV, is hiring a Sr. Global Supply Manager to lead procurement of indirect goods and services across Form factories and facilities.

You will shape global category strategies for Construction, Tool Installation, and Facilities Services, partnering with Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to align with project timelines. This hybrid role requires onsite work at our Weirton factory three days a week, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in global procurement or supply chain management, with indirect procurement focus.
• Experience negotiating with general contractors and facilities providers.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a global category strategy for Construction, Tool Installation, and Facilities Services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, and MSAs/SOWs for high-value contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and internal partners to ensure compliance and IP protection.
• Establish KPIs/SLAs and lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
