Form Energy is hiring a Senior Global Supply Manager to lead indirect procurement across all Form factories and facilities, based at our Weirton, WV campus. You will shape sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective, high-quality contracts to support rapid ramp-up.

You will collaborate with finance, operations and engineering, own the full negotiation lifecycle, and bring a strategic, data-driven approach to supplier readiness and risk management in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years of experience in strategic consulting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build bottom-up should-cost models.
• Data-driven decision making with high attention to detail.
• Experience in sourcing and negotiations; proven supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear sourcing strategies and roadmaps for indirect materials and services.
• Build robust supplier pools and diversify local sources.
• Own end-to-end negotiation lifecycle: category strategy, RFQ, pricing, contracting.
• Contract IT hardware/software and AI platforms; establish governance terms.
• Set should-cost targets and benchmarks for indirect spend.
• Develop deep technical fluency in manufacturing processes and supplier landscape.
