EY is seeking an experienced Associate Director in Brand, Marketing and Communications to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP. You will shape narratives, drive internal activation, and establish a scalable BAU communications model while partnering with senior leaders across a global matrix.

This leadership role offers exposure to transformative programs and cross-functional collaboration within EY’s global SAP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex or nuanced ideas, anticipating potential objections, interpreting responses to present alternative solutions and influence others.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills – ability to identify and coordinate resources where applicable; detail oriented.
• Poise to professionally interact with all levels of leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs.
• Shape clear, compelling narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits.
• Set the standard for internal engagement across channels and communities.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions and stakeholder groups.
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders and leadership forums.
• Support major transformation moments with communications plans and assets.
• Establish the BAU communications function and operating model.
• Oversee the transition of recurring communications into BAU with routine forums and updates.
• Build governance and planning discipline for efficient delivery and ownership.
• Refine the BAU model using feedback and engagement signals
