Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP. This role focuses on transformative programs, identity, narrative, and establishing a durable BAU communications function within EY’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team.

You will shape clear narratives, drive internal activation across regions, and provide executive-level communications support while guiding governance and ongoing engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications for transformative Global EY SAP programs across identity and engagement models.
• Shape narratives, messaging frameworks, and internal toolkits translating strategy into practical use.
• Set standards for internal engagement across channels and communities, including leadership forums and Viva Engage.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions, services, and stakeholders.
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders, including talking points and leadership-ready content.
• Support major transformation moments with plans, assets, and engagement approaches.
• Establish BAU communications function, cadence, channels, governance, and ownership model.
• Lead a transition-year approach to move from high-touch to optimized BAU communications.
• Oversee recurring communications like all-hands, newsletters, updates to ensure consistency.
• Build governance, review cycles, and planning discipline to enable smoother delivery.
