Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead communications for Global EY SAP, shaping identity and engagement across the organization. You will drive transformative programs, build narrative playbooks, and establish a scalable BAU communications model to support senior leadership and cross-region teams.

You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, guide channel strategy, and ensure consistent, actionable messaging across internal audiences, while collaborating with the EY matrix and BMC

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Confidence presenting complex ideas and steering discussions with senior leaders.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Poise to interact with leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs.
• Shape narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits for consistency.
• Set standards for internal engagement across channels and communities.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions and service lines.
• Provide communications support for leadership forums and decision-making content.
• Establish BAU communications function, cadence, governance, and handoffs.
• Oversee webcasts, update calls, and recurring communications forums.
