You will shape narratives, support senior stakeholders, and drive activation across regions, service lines and leadership forums, while building a scalable, high-impact communications function for EY SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex ideas and influencing others.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, interpersonal skills; detail oriented.
• Poise to professionally interact with all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for Global EY SAP programs.
• Shape narratives, messaging, and toolkits translating strategy into actions.
• Define internal activation and channel governance across regions and communities.
• Provide leadership-ready content and support decision-making alignment.
• Oversee transition to BAU communications, including forums and updates.
• Build governance and planning discipline for smoother delivery.
