Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP, shaping identity, narrative, and the operating model across regions and lines of business. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to support EY’s transformation agenda.

You will establish a BAU communications function, governance, and channels, partnering with senior leaders to deliver clear messaging, engaging content, and coordinated programs through channels such as Viva Engage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex ideas and influencing others.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.
• Poise to interact with all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs, shaping identity and engagement model.
• Establish the BAU communications function and operating model, including cadence, channels, governance and ownership.
• Provide strategic oversight for webcasts, update calls, and recurring forums to ensure planned, governed delivery.
• Build governance and planning discipline to enable smoother delivery and clearer ownership across EY SAP.
