EY is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP. The role focuses on transformative programs, narrative development, and establishing a scalable BAU communications model across a global matrix.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape messaging, and drive internal activation across regions and service lines, ensuring consistent, high-impact communications across the EY SAP program.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences.
• Confidence presenting complex ideas and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Poise to interact professionally with leadership at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for Global EY SAP transformative programs, including identity, internal activation, and engagement models.
• Shape narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits translating strategy into practical communications.
• Set the standard for internal engagement across channels and communities, including leadership forums and Viva Engage.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions, service lines, and stakeholder groups.
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders, including leadership alignment, talking points, and leadership-ready content.
• Lead BAU communications oversight, establishing cadence, governance, and operating model for sustainable ongoing communications.
