EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP in the United States. This role focuses on shaping identity, narrative, and the engagement model for transformative programs while establishing a robust BAU communications function.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive cascading messages, governance, and streamlined operations across regions and service lines, ensuring a cohesive Global EY SAP narrative.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex or nuanced ideas and influencing others.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.
• Poise to interact professionally with all levels of leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs, including identity and narrative.
• Shape messaging and toolkits that translate strategy into practical communications for leaders and teams.
• Set standards for internal engagement across channels and communities including leadership forums and Viva Engage.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions and service lines with coordinated messaging.
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders, including talking points and leadership-ready content.
• Establish the BAU communications function and operating model for Global EY SAP.
• Oversee transition of recurring communications to BAU, including all-hands, newsletters, and updates.
• Build governance and planning discipline for smoother delivery and clearer ownership.
• Work across EY’s global matrix to ensure cohesive messaging and coordinated delivery.
