You will build governance for recurring channels, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive transformative programs with practical, scalable communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences.
• Confidence in presenting complex or nuanced ideas, anticipating potential objections, interpreting responses to present alternative solutions and influence others.
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills – ability to identify and coordinate resources where applicable; detail oriented.
• Poise to professionally interact with all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for Global EY SAP programs, including identity, internal activation, and other strategic initiatives.
• Shape clear, compelling narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits that translate strategy and priorities into practical communications.
• Set standards for internal engagement across channels and communities, including leadership forums and Viva Engage.
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions and stakeholder groups with coordinated messaging.
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders, including leadership alignment sessions and presentations.
• Support transformation moments with plans, reusable assets, and engagement approaches that reinforce a single EY SAP narrative.
• Establish and evolve the BAU communications function and operating model for sustainable ongoing communications.
• Oversee transition of recurring communications activity into BAU (all-hands, newsletters, updates).
• Build governance, review cycles, and planning discipline for smoother delivery as the function matures.
• Use feedback and engagement signals to refine the BAU model and improve effectiveness.
