Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead communications and engagement for Global EY SAP. You’ll shape narratives, activation strategies, and build a scalable BAU communications model across regions and service lines.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive transformation while maintaining clear messaging across channels like Viva Engage and leadership forums.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences
• Confidence in presenting complex ideas and influencing others
• Excellent project management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Poise to interact with all levels of leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs
• Shape clear narratives, messaging, and internal toolkits for leaders and teams
• Set the standard for internal engagement across channels and communities
• Drive internal activation of EY SAP priorities across regions and stakeholders
• Provide communications support to senior stakeholders and leadership forums
• Support transformation moments with reusable assets and engagement approaches
• Establish BAU communications function and operating model for Global EY SAP
• Oversee transition of recurring communications into BAU with governance and cadence
• Build governance, review cycles, and planning discipline for efficient execution
• Use feedback and engagement signals to refine the BAU model and channel use
• Align stakeholders across regions and service lines to ensure cohesive messaging
• Nurture a strong practitioner community and foster collaboration across EY SAP
• Collaborate across EY’s global matrix and BMC team for cohesive delivery
