Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks an SAP Technical Client Relations Account Manager to join our enterprise team and shape the future of global commerce.

You will act as the primary contact for clients and internal groups, addressing inquiries and issues while maintaining product and policy knowledge, supporting problem resolution, and delivering training materials. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar SAP/technical client relations role.
Must have experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and basic networking concepts.
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for external clients and internal teams to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
Provide research support and resolution for problems and inquiries.
Maintain knowledge of products, services and company policies; collaborate on product changes.
Create documentation and training to share knowledge with the broader team.
Stay aware of payment industry trends, PCI/scheme changes, and their impact on customer projects.
Provide technical support for SAP-to-Worldpay B2B Payments integrations and related SD, FI and CRM configurations.
