Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Denver seeks a SAP Technical Client Relations Account Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison for Worldpay B2B Payments customers, bridging product, engineering, and client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
• Must have experience with SAP (ECC and/or S4 HANA).
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
• Team skills and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for external clients and internal teams to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
• Provide research support and resolution for problems and inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on requested changes based on customer needs.
• Create knowledge sharing materials and training sessions for the team.
• Stay aware of trends in payment processing, PCI compliance, and related mandates.
• Provide technical support to Worldpay B2B Payments customers in SAP integration and processing workflows.
