Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar SAP client relations or technical support role.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to resolve issues and respond to client inquiries.
• Provide research and resolution support for problems.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on changes based on customer needs.
• Develop documentation and training for Integrated/Omnichannel payments.
