Job summary

You will review offers, enter SAP orders, and prepare invoicing schedules while coordinating with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, and Finance.

My client is seeking a Sales Coordinator responsible for coordinating the full order intake process from initial entry through delivery. Manages SAP sales order entry, offer accuracy, invoicing schedules, and cross-functional communication with internal departments. Serves as a key customer contact, providing updates on order status and scheduled deliveries. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all order intake inquiries and customer questions.
• Review offers in the calculator system for accuracy and enter sales orders into SAP.
• Prepare invoicing schedules for Finance and coordinate order processing across Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, and Finance.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding order status and scheduled delivery dates.

Qualifications:

• The qualified candidate will possess most of the following traits:
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills in administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams.
• Self-motivated and able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
